Ingredients
- 1 large red chilli, sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons palm or brown sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
Cooking method

Combine all ingredients.
Notes: This is a multi purpose dressing. You can use it as a dipping sauce or serve it with fish or poultry.
This recipe is high in salt. People with high blood pressure should consider a lower salt sauce alternative such as Roasted red capsicum sauce.
