Fruit loaf - bran

Ingredients
- 1 cup bran cereal
1 cup fruit medley
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
Cooking method
-
1. Combine bran and fruit in a bowl.
2. Add sugar and milk. Mix well and leave for 1 hour.
3. Add flour and mix well.
4. Spoon into lightly greased loaf tin and bake in a hot oven (180°C) for 1 hour.
Notes: Makes approximately 12 slices.
