Ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast fillet, skinless, roughly chopped
1 medium potato, grated
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
Cooking method
-
1. Preheat oven to 180˚C
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until almost smooth.
3. Shape into 5 cm logs.
4. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper .
5. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes: Makes approximately 20
