Chicken - sweet and sour, quick and easy

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken, mince
    1 tablespoon canola oil, or olive oil
    570 g jar sweet and sour sauce

Cooking method

    1. Fry chicken mince in oil for approximately 5-10 minutes or until cooked through.
    2. Add the jar of sweet and sour sauce and mix well.
    3. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
    4. Cool, blend together in a food processor until desired consistency.
    5. Reheat and serve.
