Fruiti mousse

Ingredients

  • 900 g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
    2 bananas
    1 mango
    2 passionfruit
    1 peach
    20 g sachet of gelatin
    50 ml boiling water

Cooking method

    1. Pour 50mls of boiling water into small bowl and dissolve gelatin. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
    2. Empty yoghurt into blender. Cut banana, peach and mango into small slices and add to blender.
    3. Cut passionfruit in half and scoop into tea strainer or sieve over blender to separate pips.
    4. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape sides.
    5. Remove lid of blender and add gelatin to mixture on low speed.
    6. Pour into small serving bowls and place in fridge for 20-30 minutes or until set. Serve straight from the fridge. Garnished with fruit or berries of your choice.
