Ingredients
- 500 g lean diet mince, beef
570 g jar hot and spicy peppers pasta sauce, (other flavours can be used)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon canola oil, or olive oil
Cooking method
-
1. Fry garlic in oil for 1 minute over medium heat, add mince and brown, stirring well.
2. Add pasta sauce to garlic and mince and mix.
3. Allow to simmer for approximately 5 min or until heated through.
4. Cool and blend together in a food processor until desired consistency.
5. Reheat and serve.
